Wine sponsors volunteer to bring and pour wine during the pre-concert reception and have the opportunity to meet and greet fellow audience members. Each pre-concert reception uses approximately 16 bottles (or 4 boxes) of wine. We highly suggest uses boxes of “House Wine,” a delicious and sustainable (and not to mention clever) option!

Food volunteers bring and lay out a spread of cookies, cheese and crackers, and other yummy nibbles for audience members to enjoy during the pre-concert reception. Audience sizes typically range between 40 - 60 people.

Volunteer as a concert greeter and make connections in your community! As a concert greeter, you will make audience members feel at home by greeting them at the door and inviting them into the concert experience with a program booklet. You will also have the opportunity to introduce one of our spectacular concerts and invite others to donate.

We are fortunate to bring world-class musicians from across the country (and sometimes the world) to perform for our community. We are looking for individuals willing to host one of these musicians while they rehearse and perform. Who knows, you may make a life-long friend!
